All prices include VAT but may be subject to adjustment on account of changes in specifications, quantities, or other arrangements, like the inclusion of terms and conditions which had not been part of any valid price quotation issued.

All Submissions and Assessments are subject to availability. Your booking will not be confirmed until both the submission form and the payment have been received by the office. For all refunds proof of payment may be required.

Assessment Times:
All Assessments are given as quickly as possible and many are acknowledged within the week, depending on chosen Assessor availability, workload, amount of text supplied and complexity of each individual case. Normally, eCourt would expect adjudications on small Arbitration cases to be given within the week, usually within two weeks, but please allow 28 days after your e-mailed submission acknowledgement before following up. If you do not have an e-mail acknowledging your submission within a few working days, please contact us again.
